Kevin Batchelor is the designated broker and co-owner for RE/MAX Resort Realty. Through the years, Kevin has worked in sales management positions for several Fortune 500 companies. After moving to McCall, Kevin applied his years of corporate sales experience toward real estate sales.

He has been named one of the top real estate agents in the Northwest and has received a number of designations, including Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Kevin is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Idaho Association of Realtors, and Mountain Central MLS.

Kevin moved to McCall from San Diego for a better quality of life for him and his family. He has a passion for the area and thoroughly enjoys selling real estate in a community that offers so many beautiful properties to own and recreate on. He enjoys sharing the wonderful traits of McCall with visitors, especially boating on Lake Payette, golfing at the many golf courses in Valley County, and hiking, skiing and snowmobiling on the numerous mountains that surround the community.
